All that sauce in the cans of two cans of tomatoes, you don't really even need any tomato paste. I started dialing that back and the flavor of the chiles and spices showed out more. In addition to beer, I also melt in a little chocolate. Very deep flavor.

Just made some the other day from a coworker’s recipe and thought some beef bouillon would make it better. And not only does this recipe have that but also beer and wine and chipotle peppers sauce. 🤯 I can’t wait to make this.
