Been a while since I grew them, but they remind me of ripe Shishito. Peter peppers can look a lot like that too.
Shishito, also advertised as “dragon roll peppers”! In my experience they can be mild to spicy, even if they’re from the same plant. Almost banana peppery in taste, but with slightly less bitterness
