Easy Homemade Vegan Chili Recipe that’s Better Than Meat Chili [ASMR]



Better than meat chili, This recipe is perfect for vegans, vegetarians, and meat eaters! With just a few everyday ingredients, you can create a delicious and cheap chili that everyone will love!

This easy vegan chili recipe is perfect for any night of the week and works great for meal prep. Make a big batch and enjoy it for lunches or dinners throughout the week.

Chili Ingredients:
1 tablespoon avocado oil (or other vegetable oil) or use veggie broth/water for oil-free
1 medium onion, diced
2 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
2 carrots, diced
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons chili powder*
2 teaspoons cumin*
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1 28-ounce container crushed tomatoes.
2 cups water (can use veggie broth if not using Better Than Bouillon)
3 cans kidney beans
1 to 2 tablespoons maple syrup, optional
Salt and pepper to taste

*You can adjust amounts and spices to your preference. Other spices to add might be onion powder, garlic powder, or even smoked paprika if you enjoy that kind of smokey flavor vibe.
