#Chili Garlic Cabbage

Ingredients:
Cabbage – 200 gm or 1 cup grated
Garlic: 2 cloves chopped
Curry leaves : 10 to 15
Green chili: 1 tsp Chopped
Coriander leaves: 2 tbsp chopped
Cumin seeds : 1/2 tspn
Mustard seeds : 1/2 tspn
Chili flakes : 1tspn

Method:
Heat oil in a pan and add oil in it.
Add chicken stock in it . Wait for few seconds, once it is melts completely add cumin and mustard seeds . Mix well and add green chilies chopped and curry leaves. Cook for few seconds and add garlic in it. Don’t over cook the garlic.

Add cabbage and give it a toss .
To prevent the dryness add 2 tbsp water . Add chili flakes and chopped coriander. Mix well . Cover and cook for 30 to 40 seconds. Don’t over cook the cabbage. Serve hot with chapati or bread .
