What? Where? I live in Brooklyn park and dream of one of these. Maybe the old wells Fargo by hyvee/cemetery on 42nd?

  2. Dead_Kal_Cress

All this & they’ll still underfill your taco

It’s beautiful. What is that 4 drive through lanes? Do peeps in Minnesota love Taco Bell that much?

  4. nd2miata

This is the Defy Taco Bell, your food comes down to your car bank teller-style lowered on a platform from above, real interesting concept

  5. NamedForValor

Does the food get sent down in a little dumbwaiter?

  6. Economy_Fortune_5529

    There’s one Fargo nd similar

Welcome to Taco Bell corporate, how can we give you the runs today?

  8. srhsrhrshs

Can you walk up and order too or is it drive through only?

  9. CaptainSlow31

Jesse Ventura does like his Mexican food!

  10. strikeandburn

The downside is you need the app, otherwise it’s a regular drive through.

  11. I got a very cold beefy 5 layer from this place.

  12. Well that connects the words “Taco Bell” and “high” into another dimension

As a rule, I never eat at a place I have back home when I’m out of town. But I’d definitely break that rule for this futuristic shit.

Wait I just moved to Minnesota, I will have to visit sometime 🤩

I’m from Minnesota and went to this place the week it opened last year. Neat concept, also completely unnecessary and idk why the hell it’s in Brooklyn Park. Food was exactly the same as the Taco Bell down the road. 6/10, haven’t been back since.

  16. Gotta do a food review . I bet they load their shit

  17. Grouchy_Sector_5852

Nice! It’s so beautiful and modernized, futuristic and clean! I like it, one day I should go in there it has tacos in brand new modernized and future Taco Bell restaurant

Been here a few times (man I’m lucky to live in MN) and honestly it’s pretty cool!

Make sure you order in app when you go, cause ordering in person is lowkey lame and doesn’t give you the defy experience.

  19. Has it been functioning well with the multiple lanes?

  20. dr_van_nostren

Taco Bell or border crossing? Does a conveyor belt deliver your food to each window? They can’t possibly be staffing 3 drive thru windows at once

  21. SpriteVs7up

so that’s why canada barely has any locations all the resources getting poured elsewhere 😒

  22. Diamondshorts

This is awesome plus the workers don’t have to worry about seeing to dickhead customers they just hear them.

  23. ComfortableMiddle741

Ive never seen one with 3 drive thru lanes thats cool

I’ve been here multiple times. The food is fine, but the wait times are extremely hit or miss. Once you scan your app, you’re left in the dark to wait. It usually takes anywhere from 2-5 minutes or even more for your order to come down.

Still, it’s a dope concept that my friends and I frequent late at night lol

Edit: Video I took of [opening night](https://imgur.com/a/bDXlM5L)

There’s where my $3 each taco money is going

That’s Taco Bell Defy!! I really wanted to make a pilgrimage out to see it but my husband told me I could not justify the trip just to go see a freaking Taco Bell.

If they add stares they think they’ll keep hooligans out

What in the Demolition Man is this high tech shit

  29. Gwynbleidd_z_Rivii

ALL locations need to be remodeled into this. I’m sick of waiting on customers who don’t have a lick of sense to know what they want and then complain when their order is wrong. I’m also sick of customers who sit there in the damn cold and literally count out change to the exact penny of what their total is. This needs to be all digital (credit or debit only, no cash allowed). As well as no dining area available. You don’t want to know how many times we’ve tried cleaning the dining area only to have people leave garbage everywhere after we clean and mop it. I’ve worked in fast food for over 20 years & I’m sick of dumb-a$$ customers taking forever to order and pay.

  31. It’s clean looking, but looks a bit too much like a modern office building.

  32. welcome to new fast food. they are probably also a ghost kitchen.
