    They used to just be free now you have to buy something in order to get one. Not really making it up to the customer if they still have to come back and spend more money

    I got a couple. Once they were out of the rolled tacos, gave me two hard shell supremes and a coupon. The other time they were out of the cream for the strawberries and cream freeze.

    I got like 10 one day because of my “long wait” in the drive thru. I was there no more than 5 minutes and was confused when they apologized for it

    I’ve only ever had one in my lifetime and I envy you greatly. Mine was because a Karen (for lack of a better term) was in the drive thru for an extended period of time trying to fight them on something. Unsure what happened but it was only like 10 minutes more than normal. I just felt bad for the workers, they don’t deserve that

    Can’t be used with app so I never use it. Especially ironic because I got one in the mail one time after complaining through the app.

    I got two when I had to drive back because they put meat in a veggie item and failed to give the 12 pack of cinnabon balls we’d paid for. They corrected both things and popped this in the bag, 10/10 for fixing and giving a little “sorry you had to drive back” bonus.

    Yea but every time I try to use them the employees get confused and go “sorry it’ll be more expensive if I use these” and I don’t know why

    I use to complain on Twitter to the Taco Bell page if they messed up my order and they would mail me a few similar coupons but they were for any one item for free.

    They expire in December! So use ‘em up! My boy hooks me up with a couple every time I go through the drive thru for my “wait” as if I didn’t have to wait since we order so much food lol

    Thanks for reminding me, I have a stack of something like this from McDonald’s I recently found from back when I was a manager… I should use them as they had no expiration date.

    I used to get those from the guy in the drive thru every time I went to the Taco Bell where my sister used to live, never seen them anywhere else though

    Lmfao! We have these at the store near my place, it’s horrible to get to bc you have to take a few side streets. So anytime anyone goes, they put a few in so that people can come back lol 😂🤣😂🤣

    Nice!!! I got one of those coupons once because they forgot to make one of my mobile orders. It came in handy one evening when I was hungry!

    True story: TB near me messed up my order (drive thru). I called TB customer service line and they sent me a couple of those coupons in the mail. I went back to the same TB drive thru, ordered my food and gave them one of the coupons at the window and they looked at me and said “we don’t take these”.
