Salsa Recipe:
4 Roma Tomatoes – pulp removed
4 garlic cloves
3 Thai chilis (I was out of jalapeños): 2x red; 1x green
6 chilis de arbol
2 guajillo chilis
1 white onion
2 limes
Salt
Coat all fresh veggies in vegetable oil and grill/broil until charred, even the limes. Especially the limes.
Fry dried chilis in a pan with a little vegetable oil to soften.
Put it all in a food processor with the juice and pulp of the blackened limes, and add salt to taste. You can adjust fresh chilis to adjust the spiciness as well.
