[INGREDIENTS]
1.BEEF MEAT 300 GRAM 2.CAPSICUM 1 CUP 3.ONION 1 CUP 4.GREEN CHILI 7 TO 8 5. CHOPPED GARLIC 1 TBSP 6. SOYA SAUCE 1 TSP 7. WESTER SAUCE 1 TSP 8. GREEN CHILI SAUCE 1 TSP 9.BLACK PAPER 1 TSP 10.CORNFLOWER 2 TSP 11.GARLIC PASTE 1 TSP 12. GINGER PASTE 1/2 TSP 13. TESTING SALT 1/4 TSP 14.REGULAR SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE 15.COOKING OIL 1/4 CUP 16.SUGAR 1 TSP

[PROCEDURE ]
1.FIRST IN MIXING BOWL TAKE AROUND 300 GRAM BEEF MEAT THEN ADD 1 TSP OF GARLIC PASTE,1/2 TSP OF GINGER PASTE,1 TSP SOYA SAUCE ,,1 TSP OF WESTER SAUCE,1 TSP GREEN CHILI SAUCE AND A PINCH OF SALT .MIX IT WELL AND SET A SIDE FOR 30 MINUTES.
2.AFTER 30 MINUTES LATER SHIFT THE MARINATED BEEF IN A COOKER THEN BOIL IT IN A PRESSURE COOKER .T.AND WAIT FOR 5 WHISTLE .
3.IN ANOTHER PAN TAKE 3 TBS OF OIL .HIT IT UP VERY WELL.THEN ADD THE GARLIC CHOPPED &GREEN CHILIES. SAUTE THIS VERY WELL.THEN ADD THE ONION SAUTE THIS LIGHTLY.THEN SHIFT THIS IN ANOTHER PAN.
4.IN THE SAME PAN ADD THE BOILED BEEF .STIR FRY THIS .2 TO 3 MINUTES LATTER ADD THE BEEF STOCK WITH DISSOLVE 2 TSP OF CORNFLOWER AND PUT THIS ON THE BEEF .AND CONTINUOUSLY MIX THIS ….THAT’S WHY NO LUMPS CAN BE CREATE.
5.THEN PUT THE SAUTED CAPSICUM,ONION,GREEN CHILIES AND GIVE A NICE MIX.
6.WHEN THE GRAVY BECOME THICK THAT TIME YOU CAN SERVE THIS.BUT MAKE SURE THE COLOR SHOULD NOT BE CHANGED.
