Ingredients:
Oil 1 tbsp
Chicken fillet 200 gm
Tamater (Tomato) chopped 1
Lal Mirch (Red Chili) Powder ¼ tsp
Namak (Salt) ½ Tsp or as required
Lennon Juice 1 tbsp
For Chilies:
Large green chilies 10-12
Water 2-3 cups
Vinegar 2 Tbsp
Namak (Salt) 1 Tbsp
For Coating:
Eggs 3
All-Purpose Flour 1 tbsp
Cornflour 1 tbsp
Namak (Salt) ½ Tsp or as required
Oil for deep frying
Directions
Cut chicken fillet in slices as per chilies size.
In a pan add chicken slices and cook until changes color.
Add tomatoes, Red Chili Powder, Salt and cook for 2-3 min.
Add Lennon Juice and cook until chicken is done.
Make a slit in chilies and deseed them gently.
Take 2 glasses of water in a bowl, add vinegar, Salt and dip all chilies in it for 10-15 minutes.
Take out chilies from water and pat dry them.
Put a chicken slice inside the chilies and set aside.
In a bowl add egg white and beat until become fluffy.
Add egg yolk and mix well.
Add All-Purpose Flour, Cornflour, Salt and give it a good mix.
With the help of a hand coat each chili with egg mixture.
Heat oil in a wok. On medium flame fry the chilies until they are golden brown.
Serve Chili Bites with the ketchup.
