  1. How spicy are the new mexico chili pods? In case what can I sub it with something that is more mild?

  2. This is one of my favorite dishes, another variation I love is when it's made with pork and nopalitos. Yum!😋

  3. So I am co owner of a very well respected BBQ restaurant I would love to pick your brain to bring other foods into our menu. I don't want to throw our name out there but if you would be willing .is the a way I can contact you in private ?

  4. I just want to say, besides being the most inspiring cook on the internet, and also editing your videos PERFECTLY — quick, but complete! — you are the absolutely most badass chick on Earth for daring to eat a red sauce in a white top on camera!! Seriously…THE BEST!

  5. Yum! We make it the same! I learned in Yucatán that they garnish with crushed red peppers,
Onions, cilantro and pork rinds. It was amazing. Thanks for sharing.

  6. How would you suggest adding vegetables to this in a way that blends with the flavors? I looove adding veggies to make something more stew-like and to make something healthier!

  7. Oh Claudia , I’m so excited, I received your cook book today. I have waited patiently for it. I have 3 of your cooking essentials and will now make a grocery list I know I’ll never be as good as you but will give it a try. You are beautiful and have a beautiful family

  8. Hi Claudia! Thank you for the recipe. If I don’t want to make it spicy, do you suggest using the same number of chiles but in guajillo?

  9. Trying it now. Already it’s too much cumin. Probably not going to be that classic authentic flavor but more like a chili flavor.

  10. Where can I get those big white plates at?? I'm going to make this for my sister, she loves this! Thank you

  11. What are "New Mexico Chili Pods"? We lived in Albuquerque for 2 years but I don't understand this. You're adding dried chilis but what kind?? lol, this one stumped me. Thank you!

  12. I make this dish and I believe you are leaving out (or do not do) a crucial step. When you blend the peppers, garlic and spices, you are supposed to sift the sauce otherwise you get the pepper peel and other stuff. Also, I make mine with pork and fry it in the pan, add the sifted sauce then thicken with flour and water, this instead of coating the meat in flour. It's a delicious meal but you MUST sift the sauce before pouring on the meat.

  13. I was looking to save this video to make at a later date but don't see the save feature available. Help please.
