I was recommended a restaurant by my tattoo artist, and their tacos ahogados was so good I had to go home and try to make my own! I used leftover Thanksgiving turkey and oaxaca cheese. I feel like I should have reduced my red salsa more so it’d be thicker, but my jalapeno salsa was so so good. Will definitely be making more in the future.
