Five Bean Chili with Kale and Kielbasa

12” Dutch oven
Ingredients:
1. 1 cup Medium Onion (chopped)
2. 1 cup Carrot (chopped)
3. 1 4oz. can of Tomato paste
4. 4 Minced Garlic Cloves
5. 1tsp cumin
6. 1 ½ tsp Chili Powder
7. 1 ½ tsp Dried Oregano
8. 1tsp Smoked Paprika
9. 4 cups stemmed and chopped Kale
10. 3 cups Organic Chicken Broth
11. 1 Green Bell Pepper (chopped)
12. 1 Red Bell Pepper (chopped)
13. 1 4oz can diced Jalapeno Peppers
14. 1 14oz can unsalted diced Tomatoes (undrained)
15. 1 15oz. can unsalted Kidney Beans (rinsed and drained)
16. 1 15oz can unsalted Black Beans (rinsed and drained)
17. 1 15oz can unsalted Garbanzo Beans (rinsed and drained)
18. 1 15oz.can unsalted Great Northern Beans (rinsed and drained)
19. 1 15oz can Pinto Beans (rinsed and drained)
20. 1 package Kielbasa of your choice sliced in 1” pieces

Directions:

Preheat a 12” Dutch oven over briquettes. Put in 2T. Olive Oil in the Dutch oven add onion, Garlic, Peppers, and carrots. Sauté until tender. Next add sliced Kielbasa sauté with vegetables for 10 minutes. Then add remining Ingredients except Kale.
Put lid on and cook at 350 Degrees for 1 hour. Add chopped Kale put lid on and cook for 30 minutes longer.
Serve in bowls with grated Cheddar Cheese on top.
