Hi! This looks like chips, nacho cheese, steak, potatoes and 3-cheese, so your closest current option is probably a Nacho Bell grande, sub beans to potato, sub beef to steak, no tomatoes and add cheese 🙂
The amount of chips for the items are the same as well!
