Identify this dried chilli?

I’ve started working at a Mexican restaurant and the head chef bought these in Mexico and forgot the name. Anybody know which chilli’s these are?

They look like guajillos to me, though it’d be pretty weird for a Mexican chef not to know that, so maybe not.

Inform your chef it’s chile patuano when around any Mexicans in your kitchen.

They look like guajillos if they’re on the bigger size. If they’re small then they should be árbol

They look like chile pasilla, chipotle or guajillo.

    Son pasillas y costeños o guajillo 😅

  8. You can make a really nice Pastor tacos marinade with that.

Could this be a mixed stash of chiles? Some look thin and not too long, like Chile de Arbol. Other look longer and thicker, with smooth skin, like Guajillos or Colorín.
