  1. I feel like every kid hates spicy food, I know I did, but once your taste buds mature, it’s the perfect finishing touch

  2. Thank you! My crushed red peppers had a lot of powder too, but I never though to separate/sift them. Will do that next time. Your kid is adorable 😊

  3. Cool. I make my seasoning by putting it in a marble bowl. Then a marble stick to crush it up. 10-15 flakes takes 8 minutes. But 15 flakes is good for meat. Usually 1 chicken uses only 5-6 flakes. I say it’s worth the investment.

  4. I like this. I make all my own chili powders using dried in my dehydrator. But for chili powder I remove most all seeds. I can add onion powder and garlic powder , salt , paprika , cumin too to make a chili seasoning . But I make straight up chili powders with different peppers. The New Mexico dried peppers makes a great chili powder, I made smoked JalapeƱo chili powder. You name it it’s in my spice pantry. I made a combination 5 pepper chili powder. It’s great.
