Chili Baked Chicken Cups & Qeema Omelette | Mehboob’s Kitchen | Chef Mehboob | 8 Dec 23 | MasalaTV

Qeema Omelette Written Recipe :

Ingredients :
Beef mince 250gm
Garlic 1tsp
Ginger 1tsp
Green chilies sliced 2
Coriander crushed 3tbsp
Cumin 1tsp
Onion sliced 1
Oil ¼ cup
Eggs 6
Red chili powder 1tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Cheddar cheese ½ cup
Salt 1tsp

Method
In a pan heat oil and fry onion, now add ginger and garlic fry for 1 minute, now add beef mince and fry for 5 minutes, now add red chili powder, turmeric, cumin, and 1 cup water cover and cook on low flame for 15 min, now lid and dry water, now add eggs, green chilies s, coriander and cook on low flame for 3 min, lastly sprinkle cheese on top cover and cook for 2 min and serve.

Ingredients:
Samosa wraps 1 packet
Oil 1/3 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Chicken leg (boneless cubes) 500 gm
Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
Green chilies (sliced) 3
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Mushroom Slice 1 tin
Onion (chopped) 1 (large)

Recipe:
Coat the samosa wraps in oil and place in the cupcake tin. Now mix all the ingredients in one bowl. Now put 2 tablespoons of this mixture in a cup tin and bake at 200°C for 15 minutes and serve.
