Hey everybody today it’s an easy meal prep recipe video we’re making creamy mushroom spaghetti with Asian black pepper beef stir fry this makes a great combination that creamy spaghetti with the black pepper beef and it’s an easy quick and simple week night meal for you to prepare let’s get straight to the

Recipe okay first off we’re going to marinate the beef I am sharing the recipe cards for both the recipes at the end of the video and also linking down to the recipe on my blog down below for the beef stir fry in this video I’m only

Using 300 G of beef today the recipe card shows you the amount for 1 kg of beef you can adjust the measurements according to how much beef you’re using to the thinly sliced cuts of stirfry beef we’re going to add light soy sauce organic honey Asian sesame oil coarse grain black pepper powder

And a little bit of meat tenderizer you can use any meat tenderizer yellow pear paste freshly ground is often used for Asian recipes for beef or you can use any powdered or liquid meat tenderizer we’re also going to add a little bit of the white bold portion of

The spring onion stocks reserve the greens for later as well as some minced garlic finely minced rub all the ingredients into the beef and leave that to marinate for about 30 minutes while the meat is marinating we can start on cooking our spaghetti bring a large pot

Of water to boil add 2 teaspoons of salt add the spaghetti and cook for 9 to 11 minutes till the spaghetti is cooked I’ll Dante stir a couple of times in between meanwhile we can start to prep the remaining ingredients for the creamy mushroom spaghetti for this recipe we’re

Using shimi mushrooms you can use either white shimi mushrooms or brown today I’m using white with a little bit of the brown start off by cutting off the base and then separating the mushrooms and give it a good rinse and keep that drained you also want some finely minced

Garlic as well as one small yellow onion that has been sliced and while we’re doing that prep we’re also going to slice an additional yellow onion for making the stir-fried beef set that aside as well once that beef has marinated for 30 minutes add in those sliced onions and using thoroughly

Washed hands we’re going to mix in those onions with the beef just prior to stir frying the spaghetti has also been cooked al dente and we’ve drained that and set that aside as well now to cook the beef we’re adding oil to a hot non-stick walk and to this we’re first

Going to add some fresh Curry leaves fresh Curry leaves is a great flavor booster for this Asian style beef stir fry add the curry leaves and Fry till fragrant quickly add the marinated beef keep tossing the beef on a high heat till the beef starts to get

Cooked you’ll notice a good amount of liquid starting to be released from the beef you need to keep stir frying on a maintained high heat till most of that liquid is absorbed meanwhile while stir frying the beef you can also prepare the cornflour slurry made by stirring a little bit of

Corn cor flour or corn starch with water and set that aside for later when most of the liquid has been absorbed we’re going to add store bought black pepper sauce just a little bit or you can use black pepper powder coar grain if that’s all you have I do prefer the store

Bought black pepper sauce give it a good stir through also add some thick dark soy sauce don’t add too much because the light soy sauce from the marinade is also salty um and the dark soy sauce is salty too so you want to adjust that add a little bit more chorus grain black

Pepper and after tasting just a little bit more of that black pepper sauce adjust this to your taste and at the end we’re going to add a little bit more of the fresh Curry leaves it’s almost done the beef doesn’t take too long to cook on this high heat because they’re so

Thinly sliced lastly add the cornflour slurry and just stir it till it’s thickened and then garnish with the reserved spring onion greens now we can start to cook our creamy mushroom spaghetti for this add unsalted butter to a large Skillet or non-stick walk and add in the finely minced garlic stir

Till fragrant and add the onions stir till Softened now add the shimi mushroom and stir fry for another 2 Minutes pour in the cream and stir Briskly season as desired I like to add a spoon or two of concentrated liquid chicken seasoning as well as some coarse grain black pepper if you prefer you can just add salt and pepper add in some of the pasta water that was reserved earlier to loosen and quickly toss in the spaghetti

Keep tossing till the spaghetti is mixed with that creamy sauce this buttery creamy garlicky spaghetti with that fresh scent of shimi mushroom is delicious served with the Asian black pepper beef stir fry all done and ready to serve I hope you enjoyed the quick video recipe sharing the recipe cards here as

I promised for the detailed recipe visit the link in the description thank you so much for watching guys see you next time bye
