How to make reduced calorie Chili. Based off of my mother’s original famous Chili recipe =)

Everybody don’t know if this is like a tradition thing now but it seems like whenever I talk about what I’m eating people want to see how I’m cooking it so let me give you the recipe for ladies bells healthy chillin which is a spin-off of my mom’s famous recipe

Go again just put in enough flavor it to taste now you’re ready to put the ground beef in now mix it up mmm lean this show a of goo now if you’re going to cook it in the pot you want to cook it about two

Hours with the lid on and you want to you want to basically you’ll want to bring it to a boil then take it off then turn it down and cook it slow for two hours but if you have your own crock pot obviously makes a little bit easier how

  1. @jayseecb1 my cooker has presets and does it automatically. So it depends on the cooker. Look in the manual

  2. thanks for sharing the recipe. With superbowl coming up, my wife will be serving up the traditional chili meal. We sometimes do ground chicken for our chili, but without the fat, it tastes nowhere as delicious than with ground beef. I'll look into the low cal ketchup as I didn't know that existed!

  5. Just tried this and it is good! It was a big hit at my house. Used lean ground beef this time but plan on using fresh ground venison next time.
