Sears if you’re doing this you can I’m doing a double batch I’m not doing a double batch when it comes to the meat it calls for 2 lbs of hamburger but everything else I’m doing a double batch cuz I don’t even have to explain I guess the meat is getting very expens is

Getting expensive so I’m doing what I think I’m think Wendy’s is actually doing right now cuz the last time I got a bowl of Wendy’s chili it didn’t have much meat in it so I’m going to sear the I’m going to cook we’re going to add well like I said

We’re d doubling it so we’re going to add two stocks of celer and I did one onion instead of two but I guess you could do two and then it says one bell pepper I have Frozen peppers from the garden so I’m going to try to use some of them

And I have no idea what that’ be maybe one and a half I don’t know hey why your why your onions get caramelize well mine why my Peppers falls out um the best thing to do is get two cans of kidney beans open the can and drain it get two cans

Of Great Northern beans open those and two cans of Tom diced tomatoes I’m going to use the ones out my garden so I’m going to use about two quarts you can do that while this fries up okay we’re to that point our onions are translucent so it’s time to get all of

Our ingredients in there going to start out with two cans of they’re supposed to be dice but they will be in a minute and this one here was a cork that I had in the FR that was the end of my garden so thought I’d get that out of there

Here’s how to make make a quick diced tomatoes if your tomatoes are whole from the garden there that’s all you have to do and now two cans of Northern beans drained two cans of kidney beans Drained then 2 tablespoons of chili powder two teaspoons of cumin then I’m going to add a half a teaspoon or I’m going to add a teaspoon a teaspoon of paika that I added that’s not on the recipe and then we’ll stir this and we’ll put the lid on and let this cook

On high for about an hour and a half or low for about 4 hours your choice I don’t know what I set mine on I set mine for 3 hours on high then I’ll come back and check it but this is our Wendy’s chili finished pot of Wendy’s

Chili I will just serve this and add some cheddar cheese on the top and maybe a little sour cream and for those that want some butter crackers how do you like your Wendy’s chili do you like hot sauce in it we we don’t do hot sauce but you could do that Too
