Chili instant pot

Disclaimer. Not a great cook and just uploading without voice but here is the recipe I use.

1/4 large diced onion purple(feel free to use your favorite)
1 lb lean beef(i used 93/7 grass fed)
Sautee the above ingredients until meat starts to brown and onions soften

Add the following
2 15 ounce cans kidney beans(drained and rinsed)
1 15 ounce can black beans(drained and rinsed)
2 15 ounce cans of diced tomatoes(drained)
1 6 ounce tomatoe paste
1 tbsp paprika
I tbsp cumin
3 tbsp chili powder
* optional 1 beef bouillon cube or better than bouillon chili 2 tbsp
*optional salt and pepper to taste(i typically don’t add)

Cooking time
Set to manual 10 Iminutes
Let naturally release or quick release if you are in a rush(careful its hot and lots of steam)
Open and stir

No clue probably why I’m overweight
