I placed an order on the app for a combo box and my nacho fries, and selected pick up in store. They handed me my drink when I arrived. I heard my name called so I grabbed the bag and took a look inside. Fries- check, nacho cheese – check, combo box – looks different but it’s there. Got home and realized the ‘combo box’ was a grilled cheese nacho fries – steak instead.
I think there may have been two similar orders with the same first name. I will have to say I really enjoyed the fries. They looked much better than the pictures I’ve previously seen on here.
I won’t complain to the store as it was partially my fault for not fully checking the order before leaving. I’m just wondering if the other person picked up my order and wondered what happened to their grilled cheese nacho fries – steak. Mine was a few bucks more so I hope they enjoyed it.
