– 1 tbsp Soy sauce
– ½ tbsp Sugar
– 1 pc Egg white
– ½ tbsp Black pepper
– Five spices powder (OPTIONAL)

– Oil for frying

For the butter sauce
– ½ pc Red bell pepper minced
– ½ pc Green bell pepper minced
– 2 pcs Red chili
– ¼ cup Garlic minced
– ½ cup Butter
Salt and pepper to taste

  8. Another pampadagdag flavor for the salt n pepper is rice wine plus it’s more shiny. I learned it from the Chinese Resto where i used to work.
