CHILI RECIPE

Chili is my go to quick dinner meal. I can throw all the ingredients in a pot and let it cook on low for hours without giving it too much attention. Now that the kids are home, this quick meal was a lifesaver. I omit the chili powder and chili peppers because my kids don’t like the kick.

Chili Recipe:
2 cups ground beef
1 large onion diced
1 large tomato diced
1 red pepper diced
15oz can tomato sauce
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp seasoning salt
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp coriander

Sauté onion and beef until browned. Add vegetables, tomato sauce and seasonings. Cook on low the longer the better. Enjoy!
