Ingredients:
1 pound large shrimp with heads, unpeeled and deveined
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
Vegetable oil for frying
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, finely chopped
2 red chili peppers, sliced (optional)
1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine (Chinese cooking wine)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Scallions for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Shrimp:
Trim the shrimp by removing the whiskers, and legs, and deveining the back.
In a bowl, combine shrimp with cornstarch, salt, and white pepper. Ensure each piece is evenly coated.
Fry the Shrimp:
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or wok to 350°F (180°C).
Fry the coated shrimp in batches until golden brown and crispy, approximately 2-3 minutes per batch.
Place the fried shrimp on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Prepare the Seasoning:
In a separate pan, heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat.
SautƩ minced garlic, chopped green onions, sliced chili peppers, and add green peppers (if using) until fragrant.
Finish the Dish:
Pour in Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir to combine.
Add the fried shrimp to the pan, tossing them in the flavorful sauce until well-coated.
Drizzle sesame oil over the shrimp and toss again to combine.
Serve:
Transfer the Salt and Pepper Shrimp to a serving platter.
Garnish with fresh scallions.

Prawns so she first cut off the whiskers of the prawn then she also cut the back of the prawn and then she will swoop out that uh poop from its back just like that guys just like that I met king king or queen these are tiger pawns here Just do what my mom’s doing here cut the whiskers cut the back if you see poop bites back take it out and then yeah it’s done okay my mom’s putting some paper onto the prawns over here she’s also going to sprinkle some Salt she’s also going to add two tblspoon of corn starch while she’s doing that she’s like preheating the pan over here okay so when the pan is hot we can add in some cooking oil we’re going to be deep frying these porns cors we don’t need they add too much
Oil preheat the the pan very hot before you dump the pors in yeah and that will make the porns crispy okay we’re placing the prawns into the hot Oil it should turn color pretty Fast Take You can see it’s starting to turn color as the oil is very Hot This on we can flip it Over cook this for about 5 minutes so about 2 and 1/2 minutes on each side of the Prawns Time yeah smelling I can always smell the flavor coming out of these porns was so easy you just sprinkle some white pepper some salt and add in your corn starch the corn starch will make the skin of the porn Crispy okay it’s ready we can take these porns out of the Pan so it should be ready guys after that we can add in our other ingredients to make these delicious pors These SP are Ready check that out Okay after we like if you guys ask in the comments before you wanted to reuse this oil we’re not going to use this oil anymore because it’s messed up that’s why we just use a bit of oil to fry the prawns so you can save on your
