Ingredients

Paneer-250gm
Onion-2lagre (cut in cubes)
Capsicum-1lagre (cut in cubes)
Tomatoes-2medium size (cut in cubes)
Garlic chopped
Ginger chopped
Green chili

For paneer marination

Soya sauce
Chili sauce
Red chili sauce/ sizwan sauce
Vinegar
Turmeric (haldi)
Salt
Corn flour
Cooking oil/ butter
Water

Method
1.For paneer marination cut the paneer in cubes.
2. Take paneer cube in bowl mix salt ,haldi, Soya sauce, cornflour,red chill sauce mix all the ingredients .
3.rest for 10 min max
4.in kadhai heat the oil or butter and add the marinated paneer ,fry for 5 to 10 min.
5.in another pan or kadhai heat the oil and add the chopped garlic and ginger.
6.when ginger and garlic is fry then add the all chopped vegetables ( capsicum,onion,green chilli, tomato)
7.cook for 5 to 10 min then add red chili sauce,green chili sauce,Soya sauce, vinegar then mix it well.
8. Now add the fried paneer and mix it well.
9.mix it well and add the water for making the gravy and cook for 3 to 5 min.
10.serve with fried rice .
