Cooking blackened salmon on the grill takes very little time but can deliver big results. This grilled salmon recipe from Grill Master Randy is all the proof you need! Speaking of all you need, Randy’s Mexican-inspired fish dish uses a select few ingredients most home cooks will already have on hand (wild-caught salmon may be a little harder to obtain, but this blackened salmon recipe works great with any other frozen fish or even chicken). Chili powder, smoked paprika, and lime juice go a long way toward giving the fish its Mexican flavors, and salmon itself is such a great protein because it’s rich in Omega-3 acids and has several other health benefits. Randy grilled the salmon in a cast iron skillet on his Blaze Pro gas grill, and he even threw in a smoker box to add another layer of smoky flavor to the dish. Try it for yourself and let us know what you think!
