These look great! With a little cafecito on a Sunday morning? Yes please! This is my next pan dulce goal. I’m happy with my mantecadas but the conchas still intimidate me so I usually just give my employees some cash and have them bring me concha’s from Agua Prieta or San Luis…maybe this month I’ll give them a shot!

Even though I can’t see the inside, these just look so good and soft. The HEB ones sometimes are like spongy rocks. Lol. I bought the concha topping cutter thing but have never made them. I just bought it since it was on clearance for $1….maybe I should try one day.
