✨RECIPE BELOW✨
MEXICAN CHICKEN CHILI
– wash hands before and after touching raw meat
– preheat oven to 350 degrees
– spray our skillet with pam
– rinse your chicken and pull any fat off
– place all the chicken into the skillet, season one side with seasonings of your choice (tyler used lawrys season salt, a steak seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning and pepper)
*let the chicken cook on medium low heat for 7 minutes
– cut your lemon in thick slices & lime in half (you will use these after you’ve flipped your chicken twice)
– after 7 minutes flip the chicken and season
– flip the chicken again after 7 minutes, top the chicken with your lemons
– squeeze the limes all over the chicken
*turn your burner down to a low-medium heat
– as chicken is cooking begin opening all cans
– put all the chili ingredients into a big pot :
– strain 2 cans of beans
– add in 2 cans of corn
– 2 cans of rotel diced tomatoes with chilis
– 1/2 cup of tostitos cheese sauce
– 1/2 cup of ranch
– 2 plackets of mild taco seasoning
– add in 2 cups of brown rice or rice of your choice
– 32 ounces of chicken broth
*stir all of these ingredients until they’re mixed very well
– turn burner on medium heat
– shred chicken, add it to the pot of chili once at a rolling boil
– after adding chicken, cook for 5 to 10 minutes
– stir it periodically
– -ready to serve (add sour cream, cheese and tortilla chips)
*while soup is boiling for 5 to 10 minutes begin making your banana bread
– mix in the dry box mix
– 1 large egg
– 1/3 of a cup of water
– 3 over-ripe bananas
– mix and mash until well blended
*Oil or butter your metal pan until completely saturated
– added in 4 to 5 shakes of cinnamon
– poured the batter into the pan
*put bread in oven for 40-45 minutes or until crisp
