Zoom Vacations’ Co-Founder, Bryan Herb shows us how to make a quick, easy, healthy chicken chili in a crock pot.
Ingredients:
1.5 to 2 Pounds of diced chicken
1 diced red pepper
1 chopped up jalipeno
1 diced onion
2 16 oz cans of stewed tomatoes
1 16 oz can of tomato sauce
1 16 oz can of black bean
1 16 oz can of kidney or red beans
1 16 oz can of corn
3 Tablespoons of chili powder
2 teaspoons of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 can of cream of mushroom soup mix (for creamier chili, add 2 cans)
