Step 1: Marination (2 hours)

Step2: Cooking Rice – bring the water to boil then add rice & ingredients, cook for 3 minutes on high gas then lower the heat and cook on simmer for 5 minutes.
3= Cup Basmati Rice –
4½= Cup Water
1= Tsp Pink Salt –
1= Tbsp. Biryani Masala –
1= Tsp Cumin Seed –
1= Tsp Olive Oil –
4= Bay Leaves –
Step 3: Tadka
1= Tbsp. Olive Oil –
1= Tbsp. Ginger/Garlic/Green Chili Paste
Garlic Cloves –
Ginger –
Green Chili –
1= Red Onion –
2= Tomatoes –
1= Tsp Cumin Powder –
1= Tsp Coriander Powder –
1= Tsp Turmeric Powder –
1= Tbsp. Biryani Masala –
Step 4: Cooking Salmon with Tadka add Capsicum mix it and then add Salmon and cook it on simmer for 5 minutes.
1= Green Bell Pepper –
Step 5: Final step, laying out the following: as needed
cook on a griddle on simmer for 15 minutes.
Cover with Aluminum Foil –

Mint –
Green Chili –
1= Tsp Kewda Water –
Pinch Food Color Red/Orange –
10= Saffron Strands –
2= Tbsp. Hot Milk –
