Ingredients:
Pork Loin Slices (Tapered cut) – 600 grams
Cooking Oil – 2 tbsp
Chopped garlic – 5 to 6 cloves
Sliced Onion – 1 medium size
Chopped Ginger – 1 thumb size
Red Bell Pepper diced – 1 small size
Green Bell Pepper diced – 1 small size
Spring onion – 4 to 5 stalks
Crushed Black pepper – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Lemon extract – 2 tbsp

Marinade:
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Liquid seasoning – 7 to 8 drops
Cornstarch – 2 tbsp
Fresh egg – 1 piece
Cooking oil – 1 tsp

Garnishing: Spring Onion or Cilantro leaves
