1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder

4 garlic cloves, minced
1 pound of dried pinto beans, soaked overnight (or 3 to 4 cans of pinto or kidney beans)
1 bottle of pale ale (can substitute with beef broth)
2 cups beef broth
1 can tomato paste
1/4 cup cornmeal (optional)
Instructions
Place stew beef, seasnoning, chopped onion, chopped peppers, garlic, pinto beans, pale ale, beef broth, and tomato paste in slow cooker. If using dried guaillo peppers place them In a small blender or food processor and pour boiling water over them. Allow peppers to soak for 20 minutes then blend until smooth. Pour into slow cooker with the rest of ingredients. You can also add chipotle peppers in adobo from a can. Blend them as well and add as much as you like depending on how hot you like your chili. A little goes a long way! Cook on high for 6 to 8 hours or low for 8 to 10 hours until beef is tender. Add cornmeal 30 minutes before serving if you like the chili thick but this is optional.
Top chili with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced green onions or any of your favorite toppings.

Well hello there guys I’m christe and welcome to my kitchen so it is a cold and snowy day here in West Virginia we’ve got around an inch or so of snow and they’re calling for anywhere from 3 to six more inches overnight so I thought
What is better than a big bowl of chili so I have made a Texas ranch chili in my slow cooker today and I’m super excited it is all ready it is done and it’s time for me to uh dish up a big bowl but first let me show you just how to make
It uh I will leave you the full recipe in the description box below but it’s that time guys time to get cooking so I have here around three lounds of stew beef I’m going to add one teaspoon of salt one teaspoon of black pepper and two tpoon of chili
Powder 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika and 2 tpoon of cumin then 1 teaspoon of onion powder a teaspoon of garlic powder A4 of a teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 tblspoon of cocoa powder then I have one onion and one bell pepper chopped I have here three Guillo peppers
With the seeds and stem removed but you could use adobo or Chipotle peppers and now I’m pouring in some boiling water so they will rehydrate and I’m going to let them sit for about 20 minutes and then I’m going to blend them up all right so I’m just going to give
It all a good stir next I’m going to mince four cloves of garlic then I’m adding the pepper puree okay so what I have here is one pound of pinto beans and I let these soak overnight and then I will be adding a bottle of pale ale but if you don’t want
To use this you can use beef broth and next I will be adding two cups of beef broth and one small can of tomato paste give this all a good stir and cover and cook on high for about 6 to 8 hours or cook on low for 8 to 10 hours
In the last 30 minutes if you would like to thicken your chili you can add a four of a cup of cornmeal and this is just a yellow corn meal but this is optional you do not have to add this So this chili is a Texas ranch chili a Texas Chili is stew beef without any beans but we like beans uh so that’s why it’s called a Texas ranch chili it is but it’s perfect whether you like beans or not especially on a snowy day MH all right guys well thanks so much for watching I hope that you have a wonderful day God bless and I will see you soon with more delicious Recipes

Hi girlfriend, this is definitely a bowl of chili that I can cozy up to especially on these cold and snowy days!! Great recipe and great video!! ❤️🥰
Nice!
When you tasted you didn't say it was good but you didn't have to. I could tell by the ingredients and how it looked that it was very delicious. Thank you and I wish I could see that snow. God bless you and your Family.
Don’t call it Texas chili if you put beans in it! We don’t put beans in our chili here in Texas. If it has beans, it isn’t Texas chili!
