For anyone unfamiliar, Sanborns is a department store in Mexico with a restaurant inside. I could eat these enchiladas every single day. Maybe an unlikely place to look but if you ever find yourself near a Sanborns do yourself a favor and try these. I sometimes drive an hour for them since they closed the one in my town.
