2.5 lbs Chicken Wings
1/2 Tbsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tbsp Paprika
1/2 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Super Bowl is right around the corner we have an exciting matchup the Chiefs the 49ers it’s going to be crazy I thought to myself what better way to start off these Super Bowl recipes than bringing back a classic one of the most popular recipes on my channel the lemon Peppa

Chicken wings so that’s what we about to do today let’s get into it here is our seasoning blend right here we got onion powder garlic powder salt pepper paprika and a little bit of red pepper flakes and you can’t forget the corn starch that’s going to add a bunch of

Crispiness when we air fry these bad boys right here so I’m going to go ahead and just be generous and making sure our chicken are well coated up you know what I’m saying so go ahead and uh get that seasoning all over your chicken just like so and if you haven’t

Seen it already there is a video I recently did on my channel which was the o fox tail pizza man if you haven’t seen that one yet be sure to check that one out cuz it was it was crazy y’all so our chicken is pretty much well

Coated up at this point and we are ready to toss these bad boys in the air fryer and this is like a little base coat you got to have a base coat to your chicken regardless if you’re going to Sauce them up or anything you know what I’m saying

Basis so uh be sure to check that out you know you click that link it takes you right to Amazon and uh what whatever you’re into just toss them in your car and you’re good to go so I got my chicken pretty much loaded up at this

Point uh you want to make sure to leave at least a little bit of space between them if you can so they can kind of breathe a little bit and uh get nice and crispy we’re a little bit crowded but that is okay so we are going to air fry

These I would say at uh 375 for about 18 minutes and we’re going to flip halfway through all right so while my chicken is cooking I’m going to go ahead and start getting that lemon pepper wet sauce going I got about half a stick of some unsalted butter very

Important to use unsalted because uh the lemon pepper seasoning itself has salt in it plus the chicken has salt in it you don’t need any more salt you’re going to end up with something just way too salty I almost never buy salted butter unless I’m cooking steak all

Right our butter is pretty much melted up into that I’mma add about a tablespoon I’m kind of eyeballing it about a tablespoon maybe a tablespoon and a half of some lemon pepper seasoning you guys always ask me which one do I use which one I prefer Low’s is what I use

Guys Low’s Low’s Lowes probably some of the best lemon pepper seasoning on the market you know what I’m saying and I’m just being generous with it I mean you can’t go wrong with lemon pepper guys uh I said about a tablespoon and a half I might have put more than that but

That’s okay and then I’m just going to finish it off with some uh dryed parsley if you have some fresh parsley on hand even better but that’s all I had guys and this lemon pepper wet sauce is ready to go so we’re halfway uh through the cooking process and our wings are looking

Amazing thus far wow we’re just going to give these a flip they’re looking good already so just flip them so the other side can get nice and uh beautiful as well like I said we are looking good so far we are looking amazing I can’t wait to dig in it has been a

Minute since I made me some lemon pela wings so I’m going to let it go again for the remainder of the cooking time we got about 10 minutes left all right our chicken is done smells so good wow look at that how crispy is that do

You see how crispy that that chicken is right there that’s what I’m talking about when you have a good base to your chicken wings you know what I’m saying your chicken wings should taste delicious without no sauce and that’s what we have here you can literally pick these

Up and just start eating them just like that cuz they’re that good super crispy right out of the air fryer guys and I can’t wait to Sauce these up cuz that’s just going to take it to another level so we are ready to Sauce these bad boys up in that lemon pepper butter

  2. Excellent class my brotha! 🤠👊🏾😎👍🏾 I found that at the turn time, for any meats you have liquid flavor for, using a silicon brush, brush the top of meat you're going to turn. Turn meat, brush remaining liquid on, let'em go til done. You'll find that flavor so infused into the meat, it'll have you suckin' the meat off the bone. crackin' the bones open to eat the marrow it's that deeply infused. Plus doing this even enhances the crunch😉
