Here we have some Serrano peppers being pickled. We had a case and wasn’t sure what to do with them.
All right here I am pickling up some sorrano peppers I got slices and peppers that have their tops cut off that’s so you know pickling liquid can get inside but uh we just had a case of sanos and didn’t really know what to do with them
So here we are pickling them uh I’m not sure what I’m going to do with them yet uh they’re a bit too spicy for most people in this area so can’t really put them on things

Add sugar to your pickling liquid to take away some of the heat
We don’t know what to do with them so we put them in plastic deli containers and pour boiling brine into them so the plastic melts…Great idea !!!
you could make them into a jam or relish with garlic and balance the spice out a lil!
