Like enchiladas but the sauce is made of beans. Filled with chicken & topped with
crema, queso fresco, avocado and chorizo.
These are from Vips, which is kinda like the Denny’s of Mexico? The service is always so slow but it’s part of the charm. Plus their endrijoladas are THE BEST — I eat them multiple times a week 😋
