1.Bread pockets Recipe ♥️

Ingredients:

6-7 bread slices
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp garlic
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup capsicum
1/3 cup sweet corns or peas or carrots etc.
1/4 tsp crushed chilies
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp mix herbs
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp chili sauce or you can use pizza sauce

for coating
eggs or corn flour slurry
bread crumbs
thick slurry of all purpose flour for sealing the edges

2. Bread Pakoda Recipe ♥️

Imli ki Chutney aur hari chutney:-

ingredients:-

(for 6-7 bread pakoda )

4 boiled and mashed potatoes
1 onion fine chopped
1 handful coriander leaves
1/2 handful mint leaves
3-4 green chilies
1/2 tsp red chili crushed
1 tsp crushed coriander seeds
1 tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp mango powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder

for coating:

1 cup gram flour
coriander leaves
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp chat masala powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
oil for frying

Chinese Spring rolls recipe ♥️

Ingredients:
SWITZ SPRING ROLL SHEETS

1 cup cabbage ( 80 g )
1/2 cup carrot (50 g )
1 cup noodles or shreded chicken ( your choice )
1/4 cup onion ( small )
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
1 tbsp sesame oil or refined oil

Ingredients:

FOR CREPES:
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp oil or butter
1/2 cup yogurt
1+1/4 cup milk

FOR STUFFING:
2 BOILED POTATOES OR HALF CUP COTTAGE CHEESE
1/3 cup carrot
1/4 cup capsicum
1/4 cup onion
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp salt

mozzarella cheese ( optional )
