There is no way anyone can tell you what sort of salsa is by looking at a picture. Even of that picture were a closeup of the actual salsa and not just a translucent squeeze bottle filled with something vaguely red.

You’re better off asking the restaurant. Could also ask to buy a bottle just like that from them.

There’s no way to know. You didn’t say what it tastes like and didn’t even post a picture of the salsa itself.

I can tell you it’s a taquero red salsa. I usually make my salsa outside on my grill. This variant is usually made with several (I usually use 6 medium sized but u can add more or less) tomatillos cooked on the grill or boiled for about 5 mins, 2 medium sized red Roma tomatoes also cooked by either wrapping in aluminum foil on the grill or boiled, a small bunch (the more you add the spicier it will be) of chile de árbol without the stems toasted (try and do this outside or you’ll be in for a surprise), the longer you let it toast the darker the color will be, onion also cooked on grill or just throw it in pot your boiling, some garlic, salt pepper and cumin if you want to add powdered coriander that would add some flavor , juice of half of a lime and you should get really close.

Probably Adobo chilies hydrated in hot water and blended in a blender with some salt and a clove of garlic
We had a great morita chili salsa on Mexico a few weeks ago. We came home and made it. It’s spicy, smoky, and thick like the one you are showing
