Good morning everyone! I made some delicious vegan chili last night that I wanted to share with you.
Ingredients: 2 yellow onions, 1 green bell pepper, 3 TBSP chili powder, 1 TBSP dried oregano, 2 teaspoons ground cumin, 4 cloves of garlic, 30 oz pinto beans, 28 oz can diced tomato’s, 2 cups vegetable broth, salt and pepper
