This is the best pork recipe I have ever tried. I don’t cook pork any other way any more. Excellent and thank you very much for sharing. One correction if I may, these are cinnamon leaves not bay leaves.

The water added was too much (half to three fourth cup) as pork releases a lot of water when cooking. Rest is fine.
