5 MIN KETO MEAL I Green Chile Egg Skillet I Easy Keto Breakfast and Recipe

Today, I’m making a super easy meal that took me 5 minutes from start to finish! I love making things on the fly from things in my pantry. This is amazing, and almost reminds me of shakshuka.

Ingredients:
1 Can Green Enchilada Sauce
4 Eggs
Cheese of Choice (I used monterey jack and Mexican cheese blend)
Oil
1/4 tsp Knorr Chicken Powder (
Option: Diced onion and cilantro

Directions:
1. Cut up onion, and add to a frying pan with oil. Cook until translucent on medium.
2. Add in enchilada sauce and season with Knorr Chicken Powder (
3. Add in eggs and then cheese of choice.
4. Cover with lid and let cook for 1 minute.
5. Top with more cheese and garnish with cilantro. Enjoy!
