Cooking Chili-Garlic Paste with šŸ’–

Hello lovies, rise and shine!
I am mommy Abie! In this video I will show you my version of cooking chili-garlic paste in easy way with lovešŸ˜šŸ˜˜šŸ˜Š

ā¤Sach’enLio3 Chili-Garlic Pasteā¤

šŸ‘‰Ingredients:

1/4 kilo chili (of your choose)
1/4 kilo garlic
1/4 kilo onion
32 oz white vinegar
1/8 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup fine salt (I used salt from
Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte)
8 oz canola oil

šŸ‘‰Steps:

1. Put all first 6 ingredients inside
blender little by little and blend until
it’s look like paste.
2. Transfer ingredients to a deep cooking
pot. Boil in high fire with ocassional
stiring. Let vinegar evaporate.
3. Mix canola oil when the vinegar
evaporated, cook it in low fire with
continuous stiring.
4. Set aside and let it cook when oil blend
to other ingredients or change color.
5. Pour Chili-Garlic Paste in your
preferred sterilized wide mouthed
bottle or container.

**Can last more than a year if put in the fridge. Enjoy it in every meal!šŸ˜šŸ˜ŠšŸ˜Š
