Healthy homemade Yellow rice with potato deviled and chili soy TVP recipe

Yellow rice,Devilled,chili soy TVP recipe, A balanced diet which is plant based will help us to maintain all the nutrients our body requires. Adding ingredients like turmeric, which is a natural antiseptic, will help keep a normal healthy body. Today my recipe is an easy to make yellow rice with two side dishes. A Sri Lanka n favorite devil potato with chili soya (TVP) dish.
To make the rice, if you’re using long grain rice then use the following measurements; 1 cup rice, 2 cups water,
Short grain rice;
1 cup rice, 1 and 1/2 cup water

This is general way of making Yellow rice. However please refer to the instructions given in the rice packet as this may change from one type of rice to another.

You can do the same recipe in a rice cooker or instant pot.
