What you’ll need:
400g paneer, chopped into cubes & coated in cornflour
2 onions, sliced – any kind of onion will work
3 garlic cloves, sliced
2 chilis, chopped – as spicy as you like!
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp cornflour
120 ml water
2 large bell peppers, chopped
Oil for frying the paneer
