INGREDIENTS:
Chicken boneless 200 grams
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Flour 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Red chili 1 tbsp
Egg 1 large
DIRECTIONS:
1) Take your 200 grams chicken in a bowl.
2) Add 2 tbsp corn flour, flour, ginger garlic paste, salt, soy sauce, chili powder and egg. Mix well and marinate it for 20 minutes.
3) Add cooking oil in a cooking pan and add your marinated chicken to fry. Set aside the fried marinated chicken.
4) Add cooking oil in a pan. Then add onion and fry it for about 2 minutes.
5) Now add mix bell pepper, garlic ginger paste, soy sauce, chili sauce, salt as required and black pepper, hoisin sauce and sugar. Mix well
6) Now add spring onion and your marinated chicken in the cooking pan. Mix it well.
7) Dish out Chicken dry chili and serve it with rice!
