You’re going to remove the chicken from the oil and set it aside now you want to remove the oil from the walk be very careful the oil is actually very very hot you only want to leave around 1 tbsp of oil in that walk now you’re going to

Add 2 teaspoons of garlic and 2 to three green chilies salate them for about a minute the smell and the aroma of those green chilies is just amazing now you’re going to add the veggies for the vegetables you’re going to need one onion cut into chunks one green one red

3 taspo of water this will be our corn starch slurry you’re going to add that to the pan mix it well and cook it for around 30 seconds to a minute until thickened finally add the chicken back to the B and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes
