What are the chances of a refund for this bs?!?


I ordered a fairly decent sized order and literally received half of it, ordered through the mobile app and delivered through doordash so what are the chances I actually get a refund or something from this??!? I literally only got the little burritos and the coffee.

Also yes I did use the apps “support” already and haven’t any response yet so will update when/if I get something.

    If u go to the restaurant they can give u a proper refund, I recommend calling before and explaining what you are missing.

    If it was a delivery nothing the store can do. You have to most likely contact door dash or go through the app if that’s where you ordered

    If you call the store and tell them they forgot some things, they’ll probably hook you up the next time you come by (make sure it’s later today or tomorrow, sometime really soon). They may even realize that they messed up after sending the order out and could be expecting your call. Otherwise you could try customer service over the app/email (takes forever, sometimes you never get a response), over Twitter (takes forever, but you will eventually get a response), over the phone (takes forever, but not sure if they’re available on the weekends).

    Taco Bell support is closed on the weekends. You will hear back from them on Monday.

  5. This BLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWS!!! Pro tip: Next time go to the restaurant, go inside, order, check you order when they give it to you, and sit down and eat your food while it’s fresh. Problem avoided.

    EDIT: I see you can only get there by bus or walking. Sorry about that.

    You might get a message in a few months with a refund. I’ve asked for refunds a few times and it’s hit or miss. Taco Bell’s refund and payment issues are the worst part of eating from there

    It kind of seems like the dasher grabbed the drink and food and forgot to take the box; for sure should be able to call DD and ask them to resend it 🤷‍♂️

    I deliver for DoorDash and I hate that some tacobells really suck at a.giving the full order and b. making the correct substitutions ordered. The turnover is insane tho, I rarely see the same employee twice and honestly any fast food person deserves so much more than they’re given imo, the job can be so stressful. /endrant

    That said TB support will get back to you and probably offer a bunch of stuff, in my experience they’re pretty good at it. DoorDash support will do nothing for you at all, they will tell you to contact TB support then end chat. Don’t worry about heading to the store. Also sucks you have to go through the hoops and have to wait tho, plus missing the best part of the meal imo

    Looking at the items ordered it looks like the delivery person only grabbed a bag and drink when there was a bag, drink and box waiting for you. Which happens fairly often at my store no matter how clearly we mark the bags 🙄😒 it has to be refunded through the TB app, and they’ll refund a whole order for missing sauce packets from what I’ve heard, so you should get your well deserved refund! Sorry this happened to you!

    I’ve never ordered delivery through the TB app, but I’ve gotten refunds on missing items from pickup orders by calling the 800#. They also sent me some “sorry we effed up” coupons for free stuff.

    Just go to the Taco Bell yourself. Pick yourself up get in your wheel chair and drive your handicapped van to the drive thru or wheel yourself inside. If you have functioning legs you’re why the Soviet Union created gulags

    Decent chance the driver may have only picked up half the bags and it wasn’t intentional. They don’t always place them in a way that makes it obvious it’s 1 order

    Super creepy as we ordered this morning from Taco Bell- but used Uber eats and they told our delivery driver that someone else got the order and it just kept cycling through drivers

    Doordash is notorious for driving home with my food and eating it while the location tracker is still on🤣🤣🤣

    I cannot stand when they do this! Any time they have I went back through the drive thru they just gave me what I was missing without checking anything

    Contact Taco Bell support, with the order number, total, and what you were missing. Something similar happened to me, and I didn’t hear back for like over a month but they just left off one DLT and taco bell support issued me a refund for the entire purchase plus delivery fees and tip.

    2% used too be a solid 100% or at least you would get a few taco coupon, now almost always crickets.

    I’ve never had this happen through DoorDash but when they do mess my stuff up as bad as this I take the receipt back, tell them what I didn’t get and ask if I can get it remade. I’ve only done this once or twice but they’ve been cooperative with it

    If you have a Twitter/X account they have a support page. I just dm’ed them and they got back to me and it was resolved within a day.

    I got the wrong order through the TB app and they refunded me after talking to them on the phone. I didn’t have to provide any proof and had less than 4-5 orders ever on the app.
