Pressure Cooker Corned Beef Recipe – Chili Pepper Madness



Learn the easiest and fastest way to cook corned beef that is super tender and loaded with flavor, using a pressure cooker or Instant Pot. It only takes 90 minutes! If you’re a last-minute cook like me, You’ll love this recipe. Never fails. One of my favorite corned beef recipes.

THINGS YOU’LL NEED:
3-5 pound corned beef brisket (if using a larger brisket, slice it into large pieces)
1 large bell pepper rough chopped (or jalapenos!)
1-2 spicy chili peppers to your heat preference
1 large sweet onion peeled and roughly chopped
6 cloves garlic peeled
2-3 tablespoons favorite Cajun seasoning blend
4 cups beef or chicken broth (or beer! I used beer and water)

It’s not job in many different ways but this is probably the easiest and definitely the fastest way to make a corned beef the pressure cooker allows you to build in a lot of flavor and it just comes out so tender it’s probably one of my favorite ways to make it for
