Cheesy Drumsticks Poppers:

Ingredients;
4 chicken drumsticks
4 tbsp oil
1 cup chicken stock
2 cloves garlic crushed
to taste salt
2 boiled potatoes
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 tsp Salt and black pepper
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp dry mustard powder
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
For serving Hot sauce
for frying oil
Method:
Chicken sauté in oil then add stock ,garlic ,salt add then cook 45 minutes till than tender .then separate the bones and meat shredded and add half cheese ,potato ,salt ,paprika mix then divided in to 4 portion then egg beat .after this in flour add paprika , mustard powder ,salt and black pepper add and coat the bones in the mixture then dip in egg and then coat in bread crumbs and leave for 15 minutes in refrigerator then deep frying and serve .

Melon Slush:

3 cups frozen watermelon
2tbsp sugar
4 tbsp lemon juice
Method:
All ingredients pour in a blender and blend it well then serve.

Tawa Qeema:

Ingredients;
1/2 cup Clarified butter
1 Onion chopped
6 Green Chili
1 tbsp White Cumin
1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
1/2 kg beef mince
4 Tomatoes chopped
To taste Salt
1 tsp Turmeric
2 tbsp Red Chili
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tbsp Garam masala Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Lemon
For garnishing Green Coriander, greenchili, ginger
Method:
In clarified butter fry onion and green chili then add ginger ,garlic and mince add and roast well .then add tomatoes salt ,turmeric ,red chili and coriander powder add and cover it .,finally roast and then add garam masala and garnish with lemon ,green coriander ,green chili , ginger and serve .
