A great receipes 😊but we do in Belgium yeast at the Brüssels Waffles ,Not baking Powder, they are more crunchy and fluffy ❤

Why don't you use one of those copper pans to beat your egg whites behind you? I have always heard they help make better peeks.

John, I recently got a new waffle maker and, not having seen your recipe, prepared Belgian Waffles using the recipe that came along with the waffle iron. The recipe was very similar to yours, and the waffles turned out perfectly. My question for you – is it ok to refrigerate the extra batter for a few days and simply use it as needed? Or, is this a no-no?
